Current Research Interests

치아이동에 대한 여러 분자생물학적인 기전이 밝혀지고， 발생학적 측면에서 악안면 기형의 원인과 기전에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있습니다. 교정력에 반응하는 세포 수준의 생물학적 기전과 여러 악안면 기형의 치료와 관련한 연구를 다음과 같이 수행하고 있습니다.

1. Cell cytoskeleton change 에 따른 cytokine 발현의 변화
2. 구순구개열 (Cleft lip and palate) 와 기타 악안면 기형환자의 발생기전과 조기 치료
3. Distraction osteogenesis 과정중 골 경화 조절과 장치개발
4. 자궁내 태아상처 치유과정시 세포외 기질과 cytokine 분포연구
