Current Research Interests

치과용으로 현재 상용중인 재료들의 기계적 특성 (strength, hardness, wear, fracture toughness 등), 물리적 특성 (rheology, shrinkage, surface roughness, surface energy 등),  열/전기적 특성 (Tg, heat of reaction/transformation, galvanic current 등) 및 화학적 특성 (solubility, electrochemical corrosion, tarnish 등) 등의 평가 연구를 진행하고 있으며 그 결과를 치과용 신소재 개발에 적용하고 있습니다. 


치과용 귀금속계 (저금계 및 은-팔라듐계) 합금, 치과용 글라스아이오노머 시멘트 (광중합형), 치과용 글라스-세라믹 (주조형), 치과용 결합제 (법랑질/교정용 결합제), 치과용 나노 컴포짓트 레진 (수복용), 골시멘트 및 치과용 지르코니아  등 다양한 치과용 재료 개발 에 관한 연구 과제를 수행하였습니다.


본 연구실에는 다음과 같은 실험 장비들을 보유하여 위의 연구들을 진행하고 있습니다.
